Just look for the "Terminal" item in the "Applications" menu. It used to be under the "Accessories" submenu but it may have been moved to "System Tools".
If you can't find it, you can always press Alt+F2 and type gnome-terminal.

Terminal is in "Accessories" for the Debian but for Red Hat it is inside "System".

After you have located the menu entry, you can also right-click and choose "add this launcher to panel" or "add this launcher to desktop" to have it at hand.
