how to display a drive?

Hi

I've just installed Redhat 9.0 onto my computer, but I couldn't find where the A drive is. Can anyone tell me how to display the floppy drive as it does in windows?

Thanks

in linux there are no, A: B: C: or any drives whatsoever.

you can probably mount a floppy by:
inserting it:
typing mount /dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy

from there on anything written to the /mnt/floppy directory will be written to the floppy

dont forget to unmount before removing with:
umount /mnt/floppy

although the abscence of the drives as in windows may at first seem like a bad thing, it is actually a million times better.
