How to add '--nodigest' and '--nofiledigest' options to yum install command via .repo or repo config file?

We are building rhel8.6 iso image (.iso), during the build process, we added some customed (or 3rd party) .rpm files and updated /AppStream repo, and recreated the repo using 'recreaterepo_c'.

Now we get 'package xxxx does not verify: no digest' errors to those customed (or 3rd party) .rpm installation.

I know this is a new RHEL8 'feature', but wonder if there are ways to avoid the errors by adding '--nodigest' and '--nofiledigest' to the install commands, maybe through .repo or repo.config files?

The difficulty is that the installation is through .repo, so we don't have scripts or code to explicitly call 'yum install' or such, thus can't pass the options directly.

I searched but can't find any such docs or samples.

Anyone can help?

TIA
