How do I make activity list icons ala' Apple

Hi,
I think it looks nice when the middle icon is the biggest in the activity list and then the icons gets smaller to the right and left of it. (ala' Apple).
Is this possible to accomplish in KDE 3.3.2?
Thanks!
- Johan
