how could i make a user stay in his or home dir


i don't want him or her to be able to change a dir nor even exec a script or program

You need to investigate using chroot to keep users in their directory.

Of course if you deny them ALL ability to run programs or scripts, there wouldn't be much point in using a computer, would there?
