The first question: How to start? openSuse? Ubuntu? Fedora? Arch linux?
Which one is the best? I do not know?

I like this distro chooser:

Personally I wouldn't recommend Ubuntu unless you're completely computer illiterate, I'd recommend something like Fedora for beginners.

Of course Arch is my favorite, but if you want to try it, you have to understand this first: http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Beginners'_Guide

Try as many distros as you want 'til you find one that suits you.
