Hi friends
I just installed Mandriva2006 on my new Gateway 8510 Notebook , with ATI redon 700 graphics card. but the fonts look so hazy n blurred.
I tried copying the truetype fonts from windows directory to /tiger/fonts folder.
Rebooted the machine. Opened the install fonts option.
It did something like I saw 2-3 progress bars working.
But the resolution or fonts are still same.
Can anyone pl guide me ? I am a total newbee to linux.
