Question Help please

My Linux sever is kinda weird
I install php and it runs fine the first few day, after that, file ends with .php doesn't work properly, even one with simple info() function.
Another one is the cgi-bin. Scripts in cgi-bin works fine, but when I created another folder in cgi-bin, i.e., cgi-bin/newfolder, the cgi doesn't work in the new folder, given correct changing of mod.
Can anyone help me with those two problems?
Thanks a lot

Can you post any more info such as:

1 Web server type
2 Install Type

Sounds like maybe you web server config file was changed. Post any other info you have and we'll go from there.

Hello,
Thank you for your message.
My server is RedHat 7.1 and Apache. By the way, how to I find out the configuration of my server? I'm hosted by this company and has root access but I don't know much about Linux. Besides, the service is terrible I have to seek outside help such as this board. I really appreciate your help. I think it's the http.conf that has been changed but I'm not sure
