Although there are some versions of warnquota that support those options the one you have on RHEL5 (and RHEL6) does not.
If you type "man warnquota" you will see the options that version does support.
WARNING: RHEL5's latest update 5.11 has been end of life for over a year. RHEL5.3 would be fairly ancient (on the order of 10 years). There are no security or bug fixes occurring for RHEL5.
You really should move on to at least RHEL6 or even better RHEL7. If you don't have a paid subscription you could use CentOS6 or CentOS7 instead.
