GRUB prob with RHL 8.0

Hello,

I had install RHL 8.0 with thirll boot with RHL 7.3 and win98

again i install win 98 on MBR.
now i lost GRUB loader.(RHL 8.0 loader)

i tried to upgarde RHL 8.0 to reinsatll GRUB and upgrade MBR with rhl 8.0
but it show me error like,

"no kernel was found your boot loader wasn't chages,
reboot the system "

Quest:
!)How do i reinstall GRUB.?(RHL 8.0)

2) How do i upgrade RHL 8.0 with getting GRUB.

You should be able to boot off the first cd. Type rescue linux at the boot: prompt. Then tell it to mount your partitions. Then type chroot /mnt/sysimage at the prompt. This will put you in a state like booting single user. Then you can use grub-install /dev/hd?. Where the ? is the letter for your boot drive. Most like "a" or "e". Then exit and exit again should reboot the machine. That should restore grub.
