getting 403 errors on this website

what is causing the 403 errors when attempting to view linuxquestions website? It shows some error stating only logged in users are whitelisted. It now requires me to log in to even view the site. I used to be able to view it without being forced to login every time.

Are you behind a firewall of any sort?
Which Country are you connecting from?
What browser are you using?

I can't seem to reproduce this from my computer.

403 egghunt

just behind normal firewall. now i found out it was ont windows machine that caused that error. The software is most likely not compatible vs linux which works without incident.
