Exporting photos from Shotwell or F-Shot to Varage.com

I have both Shotwell and F-Shot (or F-Spot?) and I'm having trouble figuring out how to export photos from either or both applications to Varage.com. My operating system is Ubuntu. Can anyone advise me?

Thank you, Habitual, for the information! I never thought about going to Varage directly, so I'll try it. I printed out the instructions. Thanks again!!
