Dual Head

I have a few questions about Dual Heads...
I have added a second graphics board (Matrox Millenium) to my second Computer. Using sax2, it was very easy to configure both of the graphics cards, I have my first DualHead System
When I boot up, it starts on the pci board (Millenium). Is it somehow possibel to make it start on the AGP Board? I have not found anything in the Bios. May be you can do it with Linux...

Second: If I have started an application on screen :0.0, how can I send it over to screen :0.1? I don't use Xinerama, because my screens have different resolutions (Try forcing a Millenium to make the same Resolution than a TNT2 with 70kHz )
Thank you all
