Red face Dual-Display under Mandrake 9.1

I'm having problems getting my Sony HMD-A440 (19" CRT monitor) and Sony Vivitron 15 (15" CRT monitor, made by Gateway) to work under Mandrake 9.1. The video card I'm using is the Matrox G450 Dual-Head.
I can get both monitors to work and mirror each other, but I can't get it setup so the Sony is on the "left" and the Sony Vivitron is on the "right". I have read up about Xinerma, and even using that I can not get it to work. At first I thought the problem was with my smaller monitor having a problem with the refresh rate, but I changed both screens in my config to the specs for the 15" Sony and it still didn't work. I have read a few places that I have to enable Xinerma in KDE, but when I go into Window Behavior it has the box grayed out for Xinerma. Does anyone have a successful XFree setup that allows them to use this setup? I want the 19" Sony to run at 1280 x 1024 and the smaller 15" monitor to run at 1024 x 768. Any help would be appreciated!!!!

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Swap the monitors? - I mean unplug them from the graphics card then put them back in the other way (or have I missed the point?)

I had a similar problem with two graphics cards - an Nvidia GF2MX AGP and an old SIS6326PCI. Thing is that the PCI card had a lower address code so it was assumed to be the primary display.

I think a quick edit of the XF86 config file sorted that though...
