Does it have way to temporay remove a unix group in one of the linux window

Hi all,

Does anyone know a way to temporary remove a unix group from only
one linux window.

ie. for example if I have groups as following.

%groups
group1 group2 group3 group4

Does it have a linux command to run to tempoary remove the group
permisson of one of the group, let say group1

then afterward, when I run the groups command I will not have the
group permission, group1 on this window

%groups
group2 group3 group4
