Do I burn the ISO, or burn what's contained in it?

I know this sounds very stupid, but I don't have much experience with ISOs, and was wondering if I just burn the 50 meg file onto my CD, or if I use an image burning utility.

http://linuxiso.org/viewdoc.php/howtoburn.html - will tell you how to burn the isos. But yes, you will need an image burning utility.
