The directory file (Windows calls them 'folders', not UNIX), which is a special file, seems to be broken. I don't think you should have that question mark '?' there, it should be 'd' instead. Haven't yet found out how you can fix it or if it's easily fixable, but I'll keep trying..a fsck run might do some good, but since I've never used it myself (manually), I'm not 100% sure if it's a good idea in this situation (yet), so don't go there quite yet. First try to look around again to see if you find out how to fix 'broken' directory files..or if you can.
