Default Browser?


How do i change the default browser so when i click on a http link it opens up in mozilla or opera instead of Konquerer?? Thanks.. Slack 9.1

Go kcontrol > kde components > file associations > text/html and change the application preference order to your favourite browser.

Default Browser ?

Using Slack and KDE. How do i make Opera or Mozilla my default browser instead of Konquerer opening up when i click on a link on my desktop? Thanks

i think you have to change the file association in kde config (kcontrol) : find text/html and move Opera (or mozilla) on top of the list.
