afaik burning a copy of redhat and then packaging it as an authentic version is actually illegal or rather against the terms and conditions of using the distro (same for most others). i don't know where you'd get them from, but why wuold you bother anyway?
it may be illegal to pass the burnt copies off as real ones, but red hat can be got for free anyway, so where's the gain? plus, it isn't even illegal to sell them on while admitting that you just got them and burnt them...
Or do you mean just to get some CD labels? That would be (in the US) any office products store, department store, hell probably even the grocery store. I get mine at Office Max just because it's closest to the house. 50 sheets for 5 bucks.
