Can apt4rpm use deb repositories or install .deb packages?

I have searched the forum and got this http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...ht=apt4rpm+deb

It seems that alien can convert between these packages, but create a lot of problems. Is there some light on installing .deb on rpm-based distributions. Just curious.

Thanks
