I've dot a new computer and tried to run lots of distros but no one of them don't want to launch. Each time the same error:
"Kernel Panic - not syncing" (in differnet variations) and then the system becomes frozen. It occurs on udev stage. For example, in Sabayon:

Pentium IV 3.00 GHz (With HT, EM-64T (x86-64 distros doesn't work too), probably dual-core)
512 MB RAM
NVidia GForce 7600 (PCI-Express)
Smasung SATA HD 160GB
Can't launch Linux at all
