Burning individual files...

HI,

All the tutorials and articles i found on burning cds are concentrated on burning cd images. How can i burn individual files to a cd?

Is it possible to burn individual files and directories using 'cdrecord' version 1.8 ?

Only by making multiple isos and mutisession CDs
