Question Before I keep beating my head against a wall...

Hey all!
Before I keep beating my head against a wall is there anyone out there who has something like this:

I am trying to get a bootable USB stick (8gb) that contains,
1.) a Linux distro.( I don't care what but currently i am trying with DSL)
2.) NTPASSWD the windows reg editor / password reset application
3.) backtrack3

I would really like to get these all on my USB so i don't have to forever be carting around the CDs

SystemRescueCd (installable on USB, all CD ISOs are in some manner) may be what you seek, at least partially.
