Is there any website or information using just plain english and examples for configuring postfix so that it would all just make sense the first time I try to do it?

Wink

Is www.postfix.org not good enough ;-) ?
I configured my mailserver using the docs from the postfix home.

Start configuring and post you question when you got stuck...

http://www.postfix.org/STANDARD_CONF...ON_README.html

This link shows standard configuration examples...

Hope this helps
