Any ideas how to sending emails using crontab and freeshell?

www.freeshell.org is the host, server machine. How could we use it to send daily a news information email?

that means that we can configure gmail, into freeshell, to send emails from gmail but crontabed on freeshell,?

I am not root, but user. but I guess I can try to find out a NBSMTP apps like that does like it, noß
