Allowing users to mount and access devices

Hello, I just got Slackware 8.0 andI am very happy with it ever since I got it configured to my needs. I just wanted to know how I can let other users mount my floppy drive and be able to have full permissions for the floppy and my FAT32 partition. I have to run as root in order to mount and do stuff on my floppy and "files" partition.
Thanks in advance.

add the 'user' option to the relevant line in /etc/fstab. also to set permissions on the vfat drives set umask=000 for total priviledeges...
