Allow client encoding for inline disclaimer

Hello,

My emails when passing/routed through postfix, have the disclaimer text converted to attachment and delivered to the recipients.
This happens when I use any outgoing encoding except UTF-8 in my Outlook client.

Is it possible to allow other encodings (like Big5 etc.) so that the disclaimer appears inline?
Maybe any change to the main.cf or header_checks could be made?

Thanks.
