I am using Linux 9.0 ...... I want a notification as soons as anyone logs into this machine ...... this notification can be via email or from other sources . And this login can be local or remote . Please help me out in this case . Thanx in advance . Bye .
Create a script in their .bash_login that emails you. But if your going to have many users, I can tell you that you will get tired of these notifications. Why not just use who and last commands to check when users login, if they're still logged in, etc.
