ADVICE NEEDED: Best filesystem to use on second HDD when dual-booting?
Hi all
I'm about to install a second drive (200GB) into my main machine. Once I've done that and backed-up I'm going to re-install XP and hopefully install Ubuntu linux as a dual-boot, to aid my migration to linux full-time.
Now my question - because I'm dual-booting, and all my files/music/movies/etc are on the 200GB drive, what would be the best file-format for the drive? I know FAT32 can be read and written to by both OSs, but its not as efficient as I'd like. I'd love to use ReiserFS, but I don't know whether XP'll be able to use it.
Can anybody offer advice?
