First of all, when you're ask question it need to go with your distribution that you're using. Than you must describe what is the problem _exactly_ that you need to solve.

In your case language support

Just friendly suppose:

If I ask question about my native language support I'll write it "Hello All, I am from Bulgaria and I'm using Debian GNU/Linux 3.0r1 stable. I need to know what is the way to use my native language support in my Linuxbox." That's it.

Hope I helped you, as right as I can

Edit: I forgot! Tell us and the release number/version
