add swap space

Hai all,

am trying to install oracle on RHEL ES 4

am getting the followingh error :

checking available swap space requirements ...
Expected result: 3036MB
Actual Result: 1983MB
Check complete. The overall result of this check is: Failed <<<<
Problem: The system does not have the required swap space.

How can I increase the swap space ?

current setting :

[root@oracle7 ~]# grep SwapTotal /proc/meminfo
SwapTotal: 2031608 kB

Please guide

Thanks
Yusuf
