-a operator in If statement
Hey,
I was looking through my /etc/bashrc file and the first line is
if [ "`id -gn`" = "`id -un`" -a `id -u` -gt 99 ]; then
umask 002
I read that as if group name = user name and user ID greater than 99, set umask 002. However, I searched for conditional operators on the net and could not find -a. Does it really mean 'and' what type of operator is it?
Thanks
