Question WineX 4.0 [Cedega] Ragnarok Online "cannot init d3d or bad grf file"

I am sorta new to linux, but i've manage my way around things. I am in Slackware 10 with the .tgz Cedega 4.0.

I try to run Ragnarok Online through cedega but I only got this msg when I did the -debugmsg +trace command

Code:
fixme:dsound:DirectSoundCreate8 Check wcaps
fixme:dsound:IDirectSoundImpl_SetCooperativeLevel (0x4042a438,00010022,1):stub
fixme:ddraw:Main_DirectDraw_SetCooperativeLevel (0x404b9ef8)->(00010022,00000c08)
err:x11drv:X11DRV_GLX_MakeCurrent failed to set OpenGL context
err:x11drv:X11DRV_GLX_ContextCreate error creating 3D context
mmtime pid=2672 tid=2672
fixme:ddraw:Main_DirectDraw_SetCooperativeLevel (0x404b9ef8)->(00010022,00000008)
fixme:xrender:X11DRV_XRender_Finalize Free cached glyphsets
I have the latest ATI driver the fglrx 3.11.1 for XFree86 4.3.0 *even though I only have Xorg that came with slackware 10 *

Under glxinfo , I have direct rendering enabled and when I do glxgears I get an approximate of 9200 ~ 9300 frames.

I really appreciate if someone could help me, I am sorta of stumped with this.
I've ran UT2k4 at 1280x1024, runs flawlessly. So I don't understand why it it's having a problem to run.

The error I get when I run the game is "cannot init d3d or bad grf file"
EDIT: My graphics card is an ATI 9600 Pro with 128mb ram.

Official policy is that it doesn't work under Cedega.

But maybe you can find a little help in the Transgaming forums http://www.transgaming.com/postlist.php?forum=528

Thank you, but I've come to the assumption is due to my ATI drivers, the people that I known that gotten it to work through Cedega or WineX 3 and higher all have Nvidia based graphics cards.
