I already installed like 3 of that pakages.Just 1 say an error when i try to install it.But the program seems to not work (i want to run Battle for Wesnoth and Legends) but when i run the ./configure all goes fine but in a second it display a error message saying that i dont have SDL.XX.XXX.so.0

Do you have the SDL-devel package installed? You'll need that to compile programs that use SDL.

PS: There is no SDL 1.3 yet, it's probably 1.2 you're referring to.
