UT2004 Demo Problems Fedoro Core 3

When I open U2004 Demo the splash screen displays for a few seconds then disapears. I am not linux wiz so bare with me, I know the basics. My monitor is configured, I dont know if my GFX card is though.

Specs:
Fedora Core 3
AMD 3200+
Ati Radeon 9800 pro
Nforce 2 mobo
1gb ram

Thx in advance, ask for more info if needed.

It spit out this error at me:

WARNING: ALC_EXT_capture is subject to change!
Couldn't set video mode: Couldn't find matching GLX visual

Can you tell me what kind of video card you have?

I did, look at my specs in my first post. (ATI Radeon 9800 pro)

you have a ati 9800 <<that is the problem, ati cards do not work with xorg 6.8, and fedora core 3 has xorg 6.8. new drivers supporting xorg 6.8 will be coming soon, any problems with the new drivers i advice you to go to rage3d.com linux forum. mr tippett said the drivers will come out before the middle of the month.

I hope so, in a few months I will go Nvidia but I cant afford it right now.
