Uninstalling UT 2003 From Slackware

I have recently installed the UT2003 Demo, to find that not only does the game not start, but i cant get rid of it either. I have tried using the uninstall that it comes with, and nothing happens. Im in the username that I installed the game with like it says, but still, nothing.
Beeing a n00b, i was wondering if i can just delete the folder, and try reinstalling again later, after redoing all my drivers. Also, will just deleteing the folder do anything that may cause problems?

Thanks for the help

No, deleting the folder itself won't do anything in terms of damage, but make sure you turn on "view hidden folders" option in the file browser and delete the folder " .ut2003 " or something like that (if it exists for the demo....it does for the full version). And yes, the period will be there too.

This will just make sure that when you have fixed the driver issue (as you said), UT2003 will install and run from a "clean" start so to speak.
