Simple blackjack game anywhere?
Is there a simple blackjack game anywhere? One where you download it, install it, and play blackjack? So, not looking to be connected with online gambling or anything. Just looking to play blackjack on the computer with an AI dealer and perhaps some other mock players.
There used to be a version of blackjack in gnome-games but it disappeared at the start of the decade.
However, I've just been able to retrieve the old packages (the blackjack game and its dependencies, basically) and make it work on my Linux Mint 18.1 system (equivalent to Ubuntu 16.04) by installing the following:
Can confirm this works on Debian Stretch. I dpkg'd the liblaunchpad debs first then gnome-games-common (haed to apt remove gnome-cards-data, small price to pay...) then blackjack.
Many thanks to hydruga
Downloading gnome-cards-data for stretch, opening the deb and copying the cards (as root and chmod afterwards) to /usr/share/aisleriot/cards/ gave me back my pretty, pretty card faces.
Hey, mark_alfred. There are a lot of spam sites on the Internet but they aren't good as you expect. Personally, I've been searching for a suitable variant for a week. I advise you to use the site of spam, but first, read this article: spam if you want to know more about this site and spam in general. There you can find some tips and pieces of advice, so you will be able to use them in the real spam. On this site, you can play spam for spam, which is very good for everyone.
