Why don't u you try downloading wine (Windows Emulator).
If you're running fedora go to terminal
su
yum install wine -y

Then mount your windows partition by
mkdir /media/C
mount -t ntfs /dev/(your location of the hard disk) /media/C

Then locate your emulators on the windows partition, right click on them and click "open with wine"

Hi, I recently joined on this forum and I'm searching for a newly updated emulator for Linux. I'm Interested in GBA Emulators, SNES, NDS or just one emulator who will fit for Linux but will be able to play all of these three consoles simultaneously. If someone has an idea pls share it.

MAME is the only multi-emulator I'm aware of. Getting it set up can be a PITA. But it can emulate just about anything.

Is there option of playing SNES, NDS, GBA ROMs on MAME Emulator, In my opinion, that's not possible. What about RetroArch is it good emulator for playing these kinds of games.

Yes

I prefer standalone MAME (which is Linux-native) for arcade games, but RetroArch for everything else: NES, NDS, and GBA.

Hi.
MAME is only for arcade.
For Snes, use bsnes if you got a strong system, or snes9x/zsnes if you need to save your res.
For GBA, use Virtual Boy Advance, it runs fine & smooth.
Got no Experience with NDS, but you could give a shoot to http://desmume.org/ .

Its bad practice to use wine to run an emulator, only if there is no alternative you can give it a try.
For the most systems there are good native emulators avaible.

mGBA is said to be a better GBA emulator than VBAM.
