I know there is the infamous Atlantic client to connect to the monopd servers, but is there one out there for gnome? or is there a way to run the atlantic KDE version under gnome?
any kde appliaction will work under gnome. it just uses different libraries in the background, whcih are just as available wherever you are. i guess there could be some registry bloat in KDE that also needs to load, but the QT developement framework is so engrained in kde, i'd assume it would load itself automatically.
well that wasn't what you asked was it? you'll need all the same libraries installed, but you don't need to be runing "under" kde to run a kde application.
