cedega 5.2 + slackware 10.2 + point2play gui error

Hey there, im trying to run cedega 5.2 without any luck originally, i had this error, i installed it from the slackware package.

Code:
traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/lib/transgaming_cedega-5.0.1/Point2Play_gui.py", line 35, in ?
raise Point2PlayError(_("Unable to load GTK2 Python bindings") + "(%s)" % str( sys.exc_info()[1] ) )
NameError: name '_' is not defined
this was fixed by installing pygtk.

now when i type "cedega"

i get

Code:
Tle "/usr/lib/transgaming_cedega/Point2Play_gui.py", line 43, in ?
    gtk.glade.bindtextdomain('p2p_localized_msg', os.path.expanduser( str(
os.getenv('P2PFOLDER') + "/.languages" )))
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'glade'
I heard someone say that they had problems with glade 3.0 so I installed this version instead: glade 2-10.1.

I'm following this guide (i dont have enough posts to post a url) hwhq . com /forum/viewtopic.php?p=1774

it states the dependancies for the package are
Code:
Dependencies (exact package names vary by distro): x11, wget, python 2.3 (or later), gtk2, glade 2, python gtk2 bindings, python dbus bindings.
as far as i'm aware, i have met all of these, but i was wondering how i would go about checking?

thank you for your time and patients,
x0rx

Code:
ls /var/log/packages | grep <packagename>
This will work for all Slackware built in packages (anything you didn't install by hand), and also any packages you installed via "checkinstall", if you used it. Otherwise, if you installed any packages by hand, you'll have to just know which versions you installed.
