perl compile failed


Hi,


i have try to build linuxfromscartch-systemd 9.0 while compiling perl-5.30.0 getting error plz help me regarding. error screenshot attached below.

and I got the following output:

/tools/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/9.2.0/../../../../x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/bin/ld: cannot find -lgdbm
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
I can't compile the test program.
You have a BIG problem. Shall I abort Configure [y]

What is your host? Are you still in chapter 5? It seems so but provide some info and the output of the version-check.sh.

look at the error you didn't install gdbm redo from at least the make/install of gdbm
