In CH 4.3 Is it necessary to adding the LFS User if i'm use LiveCD?

It is necessary to add a user, and important that the user be an unprivileged user.
Adding the lfs user keeps everyone on the same track for the journey.

you can run it with root user.

It is very important for security that programs are to be executed with the least amount of privileges needed. When programs are allowed to run as root, you allow your system to be at serious risk. You should ignore advice to build your system in root mode (just because it can be done that way does not mean that it is a good practice to complete LFS book in that way).
