Help, Please

hello, up there...
i just need to know, when i just go to the website distrowatch.com
every day, i find new distro based on another distro else, how they can make it? all i need to know is how can i make my own linux distro all new one like ubuntu or pclinux or slax ....., i already know about LFS.
so, please i need someone to show me the right path to do that.
