[CLFS-GIT-20170803-x86_64-Multilib]Texinfo issue

Dear Mentors
I have a question which didn't solved for three days.

CLFS-GIT-20170803 Ver. 64 bit & Multilib.
6.26.Texinfo-6.3
After configuring as book indicated
When I do "make -j4"
Errors like below appears.
(which is after "Leaving directory '/mnt/clfs/sources/texinfo-6.3/gnulib/lib', and also tail of printed message)

Code:
make[2]: Entering directory `/mnt/clfs/sources/texinfo-6.3/info'
x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-gcc -m64 -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I.. -I.. -I../gnulib/lib -I../gnulib/lib -DLOCALEDIR=\"/tools/share/locale\" -DINFODIR=\"/tools/share/info\" -DINFODIR2=\"/tools/share/info\" -g -O2 -MT makedoc.o -MD -MP -MF .deps/makedoc.Tpo -c -o makedoc.o makedoc.c
mv -f .deps/makedoc.Tpo .deps/makedoc.Po
x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-gcc -m64 -g -O2 -o makedoc makedoc.o ../gnulib/lib/libgnu.a -lncurses
rm -f doc.c funs.h
../tools/info/makedoc ./session.c ./echo-area.c ./infodoc.c ./m-x.c ./indices.c ./nodemenu.c ./footnotes.c ./variables.c
make[2]: ../tools/info/makedoc: Command not found
make[2]: *** [funs.h] Error 127
make[2]: Leaving directory `/mnt/clfs/sources/texinfo-6.3/info'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/mnt/clfs/sources/texinfo-6.3'
make: *** [all] Error 2
So I've googled and tried
1. Saw another thread here and did Symlinking ncureses such as
Code:
ln -vs /usr/lib/libncurrsesw.so.5 $CLFS/tools/lib
- turns out not perfectly match with my case.

2. Downgraded to Texinfo-5.2 : Didn't solve the problem.(Interesting part is that just showed exactly same errors)

3. Even installed 1) make-doc (in host), 2) Texlive (as some google search indicated, and I know that was not the answer even then, but I have to do something)

4. I even tried "make -k -j 4" : also didn't work.

5. So from 2 days ago, I remove souce directory and re-untarred it, and configure and make it, and saw same error. Do whole rebuilding several times, and stuck at just same place.

Hope you mentors can help me.

partly Solved.

(1) changed live iso to Manjaro-xfce-17.1.6 from Ubuntu-14.04.5
(2) tried to build texinfo first from host for test, and it succeeded.(before the whole install process)

(3) but the very next process (Util-Linux) failed.
