Unhappy Segment violation in "rpm --rebuilddb"



When execute "rpm --rebuildb", the proccess runing and the next message is displayed... "Segment Violation"
what it's this?

It looks like your RPM database is corrupt. Make a backup of /var/lib/rpm, remove all files named _cfg* in /var/lib/rpm and then re-run rpm --rebuilddb
