problem with cups

Hi

I am facing this problem on one of the machines. We are not able to print from the machine.
After doing printconf. I did the following.

#service cups restart
Stopping cups: [ OK ]
Starting cups: [ OK ]

#lpq
lpq: get-jobs failed: server-error-service-unavailable

---------
lpq will give the correct printer name for a few seconds, but later it will start gicing the above errors.

Below is the snapshot of the error logs

#tail /var/log/cups/error_log
