horde and php-domxml

hi,
I have been installing horde-groupware-1.0.2 on RHEL-5 edition.

these are the packages which are missing from my test.php display:

DOM XML Suport:no
Mcrypt support:no
MIME Magic Support: no
memacached suport:no
memory_limit disabled:no
Mail-Mime;no

I changed the vi /etc/php.ini file from memory limit 16M to 32M, restarted the server but again it shows not installed .Why ??

When i run pear list , it shows:
Mail_Mime 1.5.2. stable
Mail_mimeDecode 1.5.0 stable

But still , test.php shows not installed . Why ??

Can anybody help me how can i install the rest of the packages mentioned above.

I downloaded php-domxml-4.3.11-2.8.i386.rpm , which is compatible with only php-4, i have php-5.Then i downloaded phpdomxml-0.9.tar.gz file which extracted some php files.and i donot know how to compile them. Please help.
