disable ssh permenantly


Hi

How can I disable ssh permenantly in RHEL ES 3.0.

If I stop service as follows will it be enough?

/sbin/chkconfig --level 2345 sshd off

Also close the ports in iptables

As I believe in good iptable and firewall rules, if sshd isn't running, these ports will not be listening or open, so not necessarily a need to close them off if they're not being used.
