boot error

I have loaded RHEL AS3 in a server with configuration of
Intel XEON Processor 2.4 GHz Two NOS.
3 GB RAM
2*36 GB SCSI Disk.
Server is Connected with SAN.
When I was installing OS it gave some I/O error upto sdd and shown only sde and sdf in disk druid.
So I loaded in sde.
Partition is SoftwareRAID1 in sde and sdf.
/boot md0
swap md1
/ md2

At the time of installation I didn't disconnected the server form SAN.
After finishing installation it is giving this error..
root (hd4,0)
Error22: no such partition

What would be the solution???
