Read/Write Gpio using direct access registers

I am writing a device driver for Wireless LAN access point, and have following Gpio mapping in the datasheet:-

Address Name Description
0x18040000 GPIO_OE General Purpose I/O Output Enable
0x18040004 GPIO_IN General Purpose I/O Input Value
0x18040008 GPIO_OUT General Purpose I/O Output Value

I am trying read and write Gpio using this mapping, but I am not able to find how to communicate with Gpio's using registers' addresses.
Help Appreciated.
